Question about cardio
I lift on Mon., Wed., and Fri. which, from the book I've been following and advice from others, is correct. I've also read/been told that for fat loss I should be doing at least 30min. of cardio 2-3 times a week, which I do on Tue., Thurs., and Sat.
So, your are supposed to give your muscles about 48hrs recovery time between lifting, right? But I should be doing cardio on non-lifting days, right? Which would only allow 24hrs. between a lifting day of butt, legs, and thighs and a cardio day.
I may be rambling here, but does cardio not apply to the time allowance rule for body recovery between lifting days or should I just shut up and keep doing what I'm doing?
