Any UTA people here.

I was wondering if anyone here went to UTA and worked out at the gym. Im just now recovering from knee surgery and ready to start working out again and want someone to workout with at the rec. I gained 35 pounds since my injury and am ready to start working out hard again.

I go to UTA and will have some breaks inbetween classes everyday. What times are you able to work out?

Monday and wen. after 2:30, Tue, and thur, after 12:20

Ill look up my schedule tomorrow i need to get back in the gym. Maybe we can get a group together to work out. I know ruffdaddy (sean) workouts 2-3 days a week at uta.

yeah that would be great. I just need someone to push me, I have gone from benching 315 to 3X10 to 135 being hard.

mon wed i have class from 11-12:30 so i'd be done to early to stick around for that.

tues/thurs i have class from 11-2:00 and then come back at 5:30 so we can maybe work out something there...just have to see. What all are you wanting to work cause I want to do cardio and fitness to start off with. Drop some lbs' off first.

Yeah i need some cardio bad. but the only thing im cleared to do is the bike, Im down for what ever but i do need to gain some muscle back, but lossing weight is more important to me,(I have about 60 pounds i need to drop).

Im right there with ya i need to drop about 50-60. im gonna look at my class schedule and might be starting a new job in a cpl weeks so we will see how it all works out.

Yeah I'll probably be up there somedays...it depends on how my work schedule is set up. But it's always nice to have workout partners. If you guys get a schedule down let me know. I also work out at a few 24's.

Anyone else want to join? We worked out a lil after 2:30 today...I'm also goin to be lifting/running on tues/thurs a lil after 2 with an old army buddy who's back in school.

I like the gym at UTA. Each cardio machine has it's own personal TV. *thumbs up*
