Thumbs up Creatine or Protien? Or both?

I started working out... i need to lose some fat around my abs and sides. I am about 5'7" and 150 lbs. I want to be cut and maybe 7-10% body fat. I dont know what products to take to help this process go along and get the best results. So any suggestions would be awsome.. thanx

Being fresh in the game, there's no need for you to take creatine. Also, being that you're primary goal is to lean up, creatine will fill you full of water, and make you look a little fatter than you are. Definitely supplement a protein shake to make sure you're getting enough protein to support your lean mass, and just clean up your diet and literally run your ass off.
