Hey guys, well, I have not been posting much on here in a long time because I sort of fell off from working out in early to mid 2006, and I also started eating all the really bad stuff, desserts all the time , etc... I would lift from time to time, but not on any sort of a schedule any more.
Anyway, I decided I would get a fresh start just before the end of the year so I cleared out the junk that had piled up around my work out equipment and started lifting again. I also started cardio again to get rid of some extra fat that had moved in.
December 26, 2007 I weighed in at 196
January 9, 2007 - weighed in at 189
7 lbs in 2 weeks. YAY ME! lol
It sucks because I feel so weak when I am having to lift with about 60 lbs less than I used to. Hopefully that will come back pretty fast.
