Water Wieght

I have to make weight in a physical coming up next week and I am about 10 or so pounds over. I am running and watching what I eat but just to be safe I am wondering how much I can shed by taking a diuretic beforehand?

friend dropped nearly 2 lbs from milk of magnesia... if you work out and watch your fluid intake already than probobly not very much...

Depends how much you weigh and how much is fat, and about 100 other variables. Personally though I've lost 13 in a day from a sauna and a vinyl suit, that was a couple years ago when I was a freshman went from 117 to 104 in about two and a half hours.

Seriously....Goggle the lemonade diet...People are losing two to three pounds a day but you aren't eating at all so if you can do that...it will work just make sure you keep drinking water in between

Most people can drop 10 lbs or so, but taking a diuretic is not the way to do it.

That is a lot of water weight to lose no matter how much you weigh. Good luck I tried losing a few final pounds in the sauna and I didn't last an hour. Sauna is no place for me.
