To start I used to have extremely high metabolism due to being on the highschool swim team and was extremely skinny and in shape. Now 8+ years later not so much. I am roughly 6'4" 245lbs. I am up to a size 38-40" waiste and want to get back to at least a 36" I am thinking my ideal weight should be in the low low 200's like around 205-210. I have eliminated all soft drinks as well as started cutting back my portions on meals and drinking alot more water. What types of work outs could I benefit from the most. I plan to start biking and excersing in the next couple weeks once we move to our new house were they have bike trails and such.
