messed up my calf

doing fucking calf extensions on sunday and felt fine leaving the gym.. drove home, ate, took a hot shower dried off never got cold (I was in california so not much chance of that) and then the next day I could hardly walk. Out of nowhere. my workout wasn't even intense, I stretched out as usual and did not even that much weight for me..

I can't figure out what the hell happened and I've been gimping around like an old lady with a bad hip since monday. I didn't over extend anything at the gym, didn't hrut anything or feel anything tear. I can put weight on it but when I raise my heel up it kills.

Should I try just gently stretching it out once in awhile? I've been putting heat on it and whatnot once in awhile just afraid to over-do it.

Nope. I'm very laid back, don't do anything crazy and haven't tried beating the shit out of my wife yet to the point I need to like throw kicks at her... there is honestly nothing I can think of that would make it hurt the way it does.

I can walk on it now but it still hurts to fully extend.

You realize I'm married and have a wife right? I can't even turn the water on without her running in and yelling at me for messing up her candels and shit.

Actually, after amputation many patients still have pains in their feet and missing leg. Until the CNS figures out that the limb is no longer there and the inputs are not from the foot, these pains will continue.

Fuck all that. Unless my shit turns green and is stinking up the place I'd never get rid of a limb no matter how useless.

I have what looks like a rash on my calf? I tried taking pics but I have really hairy legs so it's hard to make out and I'm not about to shave my legs.

I think I'm gonna go see a doctor on monday if it's still not 100%
