Anyone taking an Omega Complex?

Just wondering if anyone else is taking an Omega complex. I figured I wasn't getting any younger so I started to really watch my cholesterol. I started taking an Omega complex about six months ago after reading how it was supposed to help in keeping a healthy heart. It's also supposed be good for the hair and skin. If anything I've noticed the thinning spot at the back of my noggin disappear, which is a good thing, as the men in my family tend not to keep their hair, so I need all the help I can get in that department! At my next physical I'm going see how my cholesterol compared to my last. I'm sure it's got to be better since I'm in much better shape and 30 pounds lighter than I was last time.

Anyone else have any opinions or experience with it?

I pop 2 or 3 fish oil caps 2-3 times a day, usually whenever I'm having a shake. I can't really say much about tangible benefits but there's been so much good research about the stuff you're silly not to take some.

I eat a lot of fish during the week so I don't typically supplement for Omega oils. Tuna and Salmon are very high in EPA and DHA.

And no, I ain't worried about no stinkin' mercury.

Actually salmon and tuna (fresh, not that canned crap) are fairly low in mercury.

Throw in some talapia, mahi mahi and and occasional shark or calamari steak and I'm set for the month. I typically eat more fish than chicken or red meat.

How!? Its a pain in the ass for me to make, I can just slap some meat on the George Forman grill and I'm good to good. Where you getting the shark meat at?

Kroger/Tom Thumb have shark steaks from time to time.

Throw your fish on the George Foreman!

I either eat it raw as sushi or grill it on the grill. Occasionally I'll do the salmon on a cedar plank on the grill (adds a little bit of a smokey taste to the fish)
