Do you guys

Do you guys still take your supplement even on your days off?? I work out Mon-Friday and play some football on Saturdays maybe twice a month. Should I still take a protein shake on Sunday?? or should I just take it during my lifting days? I lift twice a week and run 5 times a week.

Yes, supplementation and a solid diet should be followed throughout the week, not just on days that you lift.

Your body is still repairing itself on off days, and still needs nutrients. Take the glutamine every day.

The most important time to introduce legit nutrition is just before/during/just after working out.

The second most important time is during recuperation when your body is repairing itself.

Which means, if you are dedicated, you will need your supplements every day.

There isn't any conclusive study that says it is good or does no good. So take it.
