dropping all my weights. and shooting for 12-15 rep range for 4-6 months.
I thinking about doing that next. For now I just started moving the secondary muscles to the front (doing incline before flat bench). This way I can hopefully hit them heavier as they will be well rested.
I just don't do any lifting every 6 weeks and TRY to make sure that I get plenty of sleep. Other than that I've never felt worn down. Only my legs have(that's because I do an hour of cardio 5 days a week) and even they feel much better now that I've slowed down and stopped pushing myself asmuch everytime I do cardio.
