I'm the same way. I actually started another thread about this a couple months ago and got some good ideas.

But so far I've only gained 6-7lbs.

If you want to put on weight then eat tons, don't do any cardio, and keep your reps heavy and low. You need to burn fewer calories than you take in.

x2

Iam the same way... When i started working out I was 5'11 and 130. Now Im 170 and not in the gym anymore due to work

What really helped was the max muscle weight gainer. Best I ever used and i tried alot of differnt stuff. I would eat breakfast then a shake. 2hrs later drink a shake, Lunch with a shake, and finaly dinner with you guessed it a shake. When I was in the gym regulary I would have to consume 6000 cals a day to just maintain. Its a pain in the ass hard work but if you want to gain........

Im the same way also. I eat a ton just to stay around 180lbs.
You have to consume a lot to gain weight.

You're probably going to need some supplements to help you also.
Working out heavy helps me also. When i workout a lot i consume a lot more food.

get some weight gainer. I don't have the appetite to keep up with my metabolism and activity level, so liquid calories are my best friend.

That is awsome advice...you need madd calories and the only way to get to this suppliments..definitly weight gainer you have to be disciplined though..it is a pain in the Ass...Iknow longer have that probelm and I am trying to shed the layer between the Beer and my 6 pack yet still gain muscle mass.so I am on a pain in the ass regiment myself..

This page is under construction but has some pretty good info on it ..check it out
