Any got a good book or link for a workout routine?
Im gonna start lifting again and was wondering if anyone had any good books to read or a good workout routine. I like to change up every other week instead of doing the same crap every day. Im in decent shape so I dont need a "bench the bar for the first 2 weeks" or anything. I know I need to get max's so I can figure out what the weights are and everything.
I read and use the workouts from a book called Hot Point Fitness. It has a pretty good routine that changes up the workouts throughout the week so you're not doing the same machines/workouts for each muscle group. Has a lot of good eating tips with calorie counters and formulas according to your body type.
