Anyone workout in irving...

at the ballys off of belt line? I've had a membership there for yrs now and never use it... I need to get back in shape and trying to see if I can find a workout partner...

You should slow with the weights and get some cardio in that game so you can come get some real training.

I just started lifting to go along with my MMA training. The soreness from lifting will be a trial to deal with but I'm sure I will get used to it. I'm jogging 3 times a week plus lifting and MMA training. I'm hoping after Thanksgiving the weight will really start to fall off.

I came out and trained with you twice you have YET to show up to lift.. even one bad wagon is training consistantly with me.. come on steve dont be afraid of a little pain

LMAO, you don't know what pain is. You felt the TOP of my FOOT and not my shin through a pad and you even said yourself there is no way anyone could stand after getting hit by that, imagine what my shin feels like.

Gimme your training schedule for December and I will make it out for a training session. I have a couple of movements that I would like you to give me some strength training excersises for. I know one will be bench press for lifting fellas from the guard. I need some variation of that for my lower back and twisting movements to sweep/roll-overs.

I can help you with all those things.. alot of my recent training has been towards getting strong for those type of movments..

i trian mon,tues,wed at 5:30.. and sat at 11am.
