None right now. A couple of years ago I used to take creatine,a multivitamin, and an amino acid supplement, but stopped. I've thought about a protein powder, but I'd rather be big because I'm strong, than look strong just because I'm big,so I'm going to start purchasing Creatine again.

Where the hell do you buy proteing for $10 a month?

I spend about $50 a month on protein, another $30 or so on glutamine, and about $20 on vitamin C and a milti-vitamin.

Not to highjack this thread or anything but what is the differences in all these supplements. I am looking for a supplement that will help build muscle but not freaking bulk me up with water and crap.

Chicken breast and rice. Without a solid diet, supplementation is pointless.

I dont really take supplements anymore either. I just drink alot of skim milk for protein, and eat relatively healthy. Unless you count the equate multi vitamins...then thats like $7 every three months.

I take a multi. Other than that, i have a meal replacement shake after I work out. Could be muscle milk, could be Apex, just depends on my mood. They all have a favorable amount of protein and carbs.

Otherwise its just the diet.

That's nothing for a full year, enough for a couple of cycles and full PCT. Adding HGH would double that.

gotta figure if you aren't a steroid dealer yourself you will spend 75-150 dollars a bottle for test, deca, tren, winny etc and if you're stacking 2-3 things and cycling on and off you could easily spend 1500 dollars in a year for just a test/qv300 stack - and that's without taking clomid or clen or anything to come off it just straight on and off.

When you start stacking from 1 to 2 CC's of test250/sauce300 a week on top of something like deca or tren you can end up spending over 400 dollars each cycle for the right (read: good) shit that's from europe or made here, not the cheap shit you get from mexico that is unregulated. A cycle of growth last time I checked was 400+ dollars depending on how good your connections are and that shit adds up over the course of a year.

When I was in high school I was paying 200 dollars per 10cc bottle for test (which I did 2 of) and 250 for QV300 which was my usual stack during football season. I was getting raped but I didn't know any better.

With a loving wife and a baby on the way, what would be the point in a short-temper due to dieting and 4% bodyfat be. That baby will look at you the same, even if you porked out. I on the other hand have no life, so at 5'10", 209lbs, at 13-14% I'd like to see 200lbs and 8% this summer. It won't quite look like that guy though, 4% is competition shape, and I don't have the desire to maintain that, whether I've got time or not. I definitely give him props, drugs or not, nice physiqe.

You are leaner than 13-14%...at least the pics I have seen of you. I had my bf meaasured here at the hospital in a tub and I am just over 13% and I am not as lean as you are. I agree. I have no desire to put the time in to get that physique...I have a career, wife, 5yr old and another on the way. Also, my hobbies are golf and MX and I do not want to give those up any time soon. But if I were a single man like yourself, I would consider it. That guy already has awesome genetics. 28" waist and 19" arms. Not to mention the amount of AAS he has done. He likes to run tren/test/eq/winny cycles. He also runs clen/T3 and AIs throughout. Oh yeah...his diet is very low carb.

I've come to find that a wider upper body can wreak havoc on your golf game, until you learn how to use it (it does mine anyway). Every time I play, the group I'm with takes note that I don't have a full back swing, and still pull the distance that they do. I used to "try" to take a full swing, and would either get massive distance (slicing the hell out of it), or I'd miss the tee altogether. lol If it were any more that a passing hobby I'd seriously consider backing off the weights a bit. Tiger gets plenty of distance, and he's not built. I hate being heavy when wakeboarding season comes around too, just not enough to back off though. Life is about balance, and I can completely appreciate 5% bodyfat and the work/self-control that it takes, but I think I'll "settle" for 8-10% and spend the extra "supplement" money on a few rounds of golf or gas money for the boat.

I am about your size and I do just fine with a golf club. I am a 4 handicap at most courses. You just have to keep your flexibility if you are going to get big. Stretching exercises are just as important as lifting.

I was 13% 6mos ago. I havent gained much wt but I think I am likely at 15% now as I usually gain a bit of fat during the winter. You can get down to single digits with low carb, cardio, clen/T3. Staying there is the hard part.

How did you test it. I have seen mine vary from 17-30% all on the same day with a variety of tests.

I think that the tub is the only accurate one. That and the mirrror.

I've been as low as 6% when i was in the military. I was 8.5% a year and a half ago. (i only have a pic of that one) Today i was 11.4 on the electrode thing.

I've Never watched what i've ate. I can get below 10% very easy. I just need to run a little more.

Nothing spent on supplements here. I've begun to eat good; fruits, veggies, low sodium, no/less preservatives. I just think a normal body doesn't need the crap people put in their bodies.
