Yeah, Johnnie works out at Stroud's the gym where that was filmed. That's where I work out. I see him there all the time. He was a personal trainer, but stopped that due to his high demand. I think he only trains his new wife Rebecca.

man it was funny at my gym when they annouced jay won, everybody was all pissed off, but I told them that they are giving jay his dues from last year, he should have won it then. then they all looked at me with what had to be some of the most evil looks I have ever seen. I work out at the same gym ronnie does, so they didn't like me saying that

That dude standing next to ronnie while hes posing is his trainer Lee hes a super cool dude. And it was time for Ronnie to retire, much longer and hes gonna be out of life anyways. His colon has probably processed more food than the average 175lb man does in a lifetime.....

I see Ronnie workout all the time at metroflex, hes huge, but his weight isnt any different than some other decent sized guys, Ronnie has the genetics, and the supplements, to put him where he's at. Jay is younger, and hes been waiting, its his time now. Ronnie should be happy he has as many sandows as Lee Haney.

that shit is fucking crazy. even if my body had the ability to get that big I'm not sure I'd wanna be like that. I'm a ladies man. "Say there sweet thang, could I buy you a fish sandwich?" then I will show her the goods.

for all of you who are just a little bit to serious, this was not an attack on anyone just a joke. thanks for your time.

Dreaming of my future creation....

after seeing you at the gas station, you are getting wide, you will be pulling 500+ no time.

do you spend more time with chest workouts? I swear you were nowhere near that wide last time I saw you.

Throw in some straight legs after your regular deadlifts and you can go up pretty quick, at least I do anyway!!
