I was doing the 6 meals aday diet that I posted on the 9/21/06 but I just couldnt remember to eat all the meals at work, so I realy just started to watch what I eat and drink ass tons of water, when i remember to eat I do it.. I found that 1 can of tuna in water is the shit for work, just open it up and eat it, its 6oz of lean protien in a can. frozen vegies and brown rice.. I dont realy like potatoes so I was at the store andfound some frozen sweetpotato patties they are the shit. They have no addatives and taste sooo good. My goal was 225 but now im gonna shoot for 210 by x-mas. Im 6' 1-2"..
