6' 0" and 168 lbs, and the 7.5% body fat number. Decent definition with my small bones.
I just started this week with muscle building workouts. I have been doing slow
burn workouts at home for a couple of months, and now I'm looking to get into
some muscle building.
The LA Fitness trainer did my body fat measurment with the electronic hand grip
They are trying to sell me into a personal training program for some decent sized
money. I have a lot to learn, but at the cost of about $34 per session and 6-8 sessions
per month, it gets steep for the wallet.
