Breakfast
2 egg whites
1/2 grapefruit
Drink of choice with no sugar

Snack
None - I'm usually too busy to remember to eat

Lunch
Soup
Salad with low cal dressing
Drink of choice with no sugar

Snack
Peanuts or fresh fruit

Dinner
Grilled Salmon - or white meat option
Some Green Vegetable (I like Peas and Greenbeans)
If you need a starch, add baked potato or saffron rice
Drink of choice with no sugar

I try to stick to less than 1000 calories a day. Guys will need to add to that. I get dizzy at under 900 calories per day.

What works for me is Cigarette's and DP all day from 6:30a-6:30p, then dinner of whatever I feel like. The one meal a day diet has kept me at 145-155lbs for years. I am 5'11" and at 148 right now.

It actually works. I was in Boston for 3 months - Subway was across the street from the hotel. I ate lunch and dinner there most nights....walked everywhere....lost about 30 pounds in those 3 months. Sad part was that when I left Boston, I stopped walking and started cooking again and gained it back.

Just pick up a box of meal replacements. I wouldn't get the ready to drink since they will sit in your truck most of the day. There are dozens out there. If your trying to lose weight go for the lo-carb versions. Try to find one that will still taste decent when mixed in water. If your in a truck most of the day I wouldn't recommend any type of protein bars since most are coated and would melt easily. Lunch is chick-fil-a sandich on wheat bun with no butter, cup of fruit instead of fries and a diet dr.pepper. If I have to eat out for dinner like days I have to go to the office I'll just pick up something from the kids menu and go with milk for the drink.
