lets hear it...

what do you work with on bench?

I work with 205 with 5 sets of 6. Moving up next week.

I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.

Thats cool, keep it up. Friday I got 3 sets of 5 at 215 before I pussed out and went back to 210.

my bench is absolutely pathetic... I'm ashamed to even post it here! LOL!

I don't know what's worse... my flat bench specs or the fact that I've increased it by ~25lbs in the last month! (IE it was even WORSE before! LOL!)

5X5 tommorow at football, I'll probably do....150 or so

but hey, Im 15, and been working out for maybe 8 months.

We got 5X5 squats too, shiiiiiit

Just an update. during the workout I pinched the nail on my left middle finger in between 2 45 plates, cracking it in half and blood going everywhere. It feels great , and I gotta type all weird.
