I have been working out every other day for about 45 minutes to an hour for 3 months. The whole time I have been drinking protein shakes after I work out and on off days and for about the past 2 weeks I have been taking no-xplode 30 minutes before each workout. I just got some muscle milk to replace my protein shakes. My question is... should I just replace my protein shakes after with the stuff and keep the same routine or should I make a shake before working out too? I am thinking it will kind of be overkill mixed with the no-xplode. I guess I'm just looking for suggestions. Thanks.
well youre supposed to take n0 xplode on an empty stomach i believe to get the best results. but i would think that you could do the no xplode then wait about 30 minutes and drink the protein shake just before youre workout or during ....i always do it before and after...and some during the day.
