Did you start like they say to? Like the 1 at a time, twice a day? Or did you jump balls in w/ 2 at once twice a day?
Also whats your eating like? Any hunger? Headaces? ect....

There once were instructions to take 6 pills daily for "extreme fat loss" now it says not to exceed 4 capsules a day on the new bottles. I take 4 a day and don't really feel a thing. But a lo-carb monster helps in the mornings.

I like the hyper feeling that those diet pills give you but don't take them anymore. I am on the philosophy that if you burn more calories than you put into your mouth, you'll lose weight. It's very slow for me right now but I only want to lose one more size. I also do not judge what I look like based on a scale. I use the mirror test....if I can stand to see me nekky in a mirror, I'm not too bad....

I take 4 a day and don't really feel too much. I drink a gallon of water and eat a fruit and yougert in the morning, verry light lunch 6" ham/turkey DRY on WHEAT w/ little veggies. Then eat like grilled chicken and a veggie for dinner. So far I have lost about 5#'s.

Sound like a decent menu? Or should I change something?

taking these pills or any pills to make you lose weight is the easy way to do it. Alot of people dont have that kind of dedication(sp) or dont want to watch what they eat. I used to take hydroxycut when it had ephedra, not to lose weight but to give me energy to go to the gym. It did stop me from eating though but the results were awesome.

I see it like this. It speeds up the process. Ask your mom if she could of lost that 34#'s (Tell her congrats BTW) about a month or two faster would she of? Yes, she would of..
I don't take it to drastically loose weight just to curve the eating munchies and junk, I have lost about 5#'s in a week, I eat good and don't have time YET to walk or work out (live in apt and moving into house) But, when I get moved in to the new place I will be running @ 5am for a mile or two then again at night after work, along with diet and Liop6..

she thought about taking pills but i wouldn't let her of coarse. I just don't think it is healthy. She said she didn't think she would have accomplished anything if she took pills. (she is 58 fyi)

How far away are you from Cedar Hill? I'll train with you. I'm sure there are plenty of folks on here that have a membership to the 24hr in Irving that still have some free passes.

Fred, brother man, watch the diet, ease up on the beer/substitute it with clear liquor, the ell-beez will come off easy.

I tried that stuff for a couple months. Yeah, at first you notice it "waking" you up, but eventually or at least for me, after a couple weeks, I noticed that I built up a tolerance so I didn't feel the "waking" up part that much. Instead, later on in the day, I'd crash. I noticed some weight loss but nothing too impressive and that was on a good workout and diet routine.

i was thinking about buying some....i used to take hydroxycut when it had ephedra and it worked great. I was wondering if this would do the same.....

Pills have never worked for me. They give energy, but whats the point if you're possibly knocking years off your life by having your heart beat faster for no reason. I'm glad I'm trying to do this the natural route by just changing diet.

Unfortunately, those taking the "easy way to do it" will get a big dose of cancer or heart problems. Remember Phen Fen?

My mother also does weight watchers. She has lost 78lbs now in 8 months and met the goal they set for her so it's now free.
She loves it.
