I don't really spend much time on my forearms, so I need to start hitting them hard in the gym. The only forearm exercise I do now is EZ-bar reverse curls. Anyone have any other ones that work really well? Should I bust out the ole broomstick and rope and make a roller?
i agree with Al and Raven.. i dont normaly " train forearms".if you can hold on to heavy weights they should grow.. but then i have small forearms.. maybe i need to work them more.
I don't normally work forearms either since I figure they kind of work themselves while I'm doing other exercises, but I think a key to growth in the arms stems from forearm growth. So I figured it wouldn't hurt to devote a few sets to them.
On another note, I went to the batting cages this weekend and I'll be damned, when I woke up the next morning my forearms were sore as hell along with my back.
