What should a eat during spikefest??

What are some good foods/snacks to eat throughout the day to stay hydrated and fueled?? If you're not familiar with spikefest, it is an outdoor volleyball tourney, much like Hoop it Up. I know I should drink lot's of water/Gatorade, but what are some good foods to help replace the nutrients burned while playing?? And keep in mind, it has to fit in a cooler and can be eaten cold.

I'm not exactly sure, I would think that there reasoning is for longer volley's and more individual play time. Since volleyball is not an extremely popular sport in Texas, especially Dallas, there is not as many people skilled enough to play with just 2.
