Do you do cardio?
A couple of times within the past few months I've been at Bally's and had a couple of generic questions. In the process, two different trainers have discouraged doing cardio activity. Well, at least for weight loss, stating you'll burn more calories on a hard workout on weights than you'll do during cardio. While that may be true, shouldn't everyone do a balanced workout that includes some form of cardiovascular exercise?
What do you guys do? Do you do cardio on the same day as weights? Before? After?
