I started to work out a Bally's in Carrollton. I went Wed. and did the tread mill for 20 and then rode the bike for 6 miles. Anyways, tonight my wife and I went in for our free 1hr training session. I thought the workout was a bitch until we wnt into the office and found out its $2500 to work out with him for 51 sessions. Thats 3 times a week. I dont know about y'all, but I'm lucky to enough to afford my house.
So this is where I ask for help. What kind of routine should a total newb start out with? I'm want to lose my man boobs, build my chest, arms and lose fat in general. We plan on going every other day. So were the hell do I start, I really have no clue. What should I be working on and how many sets, how many reps? BTW I'm 5 11" 220lbs. Any advice?
my only prob with that is u only have seven days in a week and i think for muscle growth 3 days is good to work out all of ur muscles unless u just want to maintain mass which would only require one or two days of weight lifting which theirin u could apply ur theory. also with my system u have 2 full days (the weekend to rest without any activity)
