Questions.

I have a bottle of Ripped Fuel and some Creatine Fuel. Well whats each do? I took the creatine pills about 6 months ago and gained about 10 lbs and its harder then shit to get the weight off that I gained from it. What I am trying to get is a pill that well help my body work out more while I am skateboarding. When I go skate its usually pretty intense 30 minutes to an hour depending on where I am at. I am trying to get a clean stomach before summer. Thanks.

I am 5' 10" and about 185 lbs or so, most of the scales I've been on say anywhere from 180 - 190 though. Just turned 21 years old.

Xenadrine, Go to GNC and talk to them there and ask, but I think Xenadrine is the stuff you should use.

I recommend hydroxycuts too lose the weight.

If you want to cut up Xenadrine, Ripped Fuel, Diet Fuel, and Hydroxycut are good. The creatine is good for maintaining muscle mass while on a long term diet, but it will make you retain water in the short term and it's effects are negated by the consumption of caffiene (which is in all those I listed).

Thanks for the replies, I think I am going to stick to this ripped fuel till its gone, there isnt a whole bunch left and see what happends. Thanks!

You would probably want Hydroxycut instead of the Xenadrine. The hydroxycut would be good for dropping surface fat while Xenadrine is for more dramtic weight loss.

true hydroxycuts has more ingredients other than just ephedra, and yes caffeine defeats the purpose of creatine.

You Still Need to be Eating 3 times a day. You'll Throw your body off and will end up gaining more weight when u go back to a normal diet.

A friend of mine was on ripped fuel and ran every morning and slimmed up pretty damn quick.

yeah what he said, but use lipo burn that shit is kicking my ass I have tried all of the others too and that by far is the best

3 times a day? It should be more like 6 times a day. No matter how small the meal, eating more often is the best way to go for optimal muscle atrophy and fat-loss.
