Well for one, throw that sh*t(cell tech) in the trash, it's junk.
It will just make you retain water, with little to no gains.
If any gains are made, attribute it to the mind.
Get you some weight gainer(high caloric).
If your weight gainer does not have an immense amount of protein, take a protein supplement as well.
I consume on average 200+ grams a day.
I know it's overkill, but it works for me.
Finally, get your pansy azz in the gym.
Btw, I am 6/4 and 255 lbs. and you can ask anyone who has seen me or knows me.
I went from 205, benching <200 lbs to now >400, without the use of steriods.
From curling 20's properly, to curling 75's properly.
