Gaining mass...

Think its possible to gain 15lbs of mass in about 5 weeks? My metabolism has always been high, and anything i gain seems to be lean weight.

Also, it has been about 3-4 months since ive worked out for longer than about 2 weeks at a time.

Right now im at 185, and i figure probably 12-13% BF. Want to be at 200, maybe a little under.

Im eating like crazy(mostly healthy), taking a multivitamin, not really doing much cardio(Basketball maybe once a week), and drinking protein shakes atleast once a day.

Anyone got any pointers? or tips to get in 3500+ calories a day?

dude you are going to be like me,I eat all the fucking time, I am 185 and 6'3" and I can't gain mass for shit...I just get more cut, I gave up a long time ago....If you find a way let me know, LOL it took me forever just to get up from 175 to 185 no matter if I sat around and ate junk food or got out there and busted my ass on the weights I was like 170....

Get to reading. There is some VERY good stuff there. I am 6'6". In Sep. 04 I weighed 195 lbs. Right now I weigh 238 lbs. I gained a LOT of mass, alot faster than I ever thought I would. My bf% is still about 12 or 13.

here is a way to gain 20-25lbs in 8-10wks....with proper diet and training of course!

test enanthate 500mg/wk wk1-10 (shooting e5d)
dbol 25mg ed wk1-4
arimidex 0.25mg ed wk 1-10
HCG 1000IU MWF wk 12-14
nolvadex 20mg ed wk12-16

One time, about 20 years ago I gained 35lbs in 6 weeks.

Of course I had alot of help with a sweet anavar, deca-durabolin, testy stack.

Stack of choice in the early 80s down in Houston. Fun experiment, monitored by a doctor. Never touched 'roids again in my life.

But I can see how that stuff can become pyschologically addictive. Nothing like squatting day after day after day and watching your poundage go up each day.

the stuff can be addicting! but done right there is no harm...expecially if you are over 30 and your natty test levels are on the decline. i will be using HGH at 40...

Ha. Yea it is a struggle +40. But as long as you been training through your years the drop isn't as precipitous.

Although, I've realized it was time for me this year to switch to a one bodypart once a week regime.

Still beat the shit out of it, but give it an entire week to recover.

Legs are still the most fun for me to workout:

4x10 Leg Extensions
4x10 Leg Curls
4x12 Leg Press
4x12 Squats
4x12 Stiff Legged Deadlifts

Nothing like trying to walk down a flight of stairs after an hour of that to know you worked your ass off!
