Think its possible to gain 15lbs of mass in about 5 weeks? My metabolism has always been high, and anything i gain seems to be lean weight.
Also, it has been about 3-4 months since ive worked out for longer than about 2 weeks at a time.
Right now im at 185, and i figure probably 12-13% BF. Want to be at 200, maybe a little under.
Im eating like crazy(mostly healthy), taking a multivitamin, not really doing much cardio(Basketball maybe once a week), and drinking protein shakes atleast once a day.
Anyone got any pointers? or tips to get in 3500+ calories a day?
