Last year was kinda a wash for me due to a severe diet last summer that got me nice and lean (down to 185), but it zapped my strength to next to nothing because I ate way too little, and lost weight way too fast. I hit the highest bodyweight in my lifting career in December (215lbs), and I had the best bench yet (315 for sets of 7, taking nothing but protein powder), but way too much bodyfat came with the quick strength gains. This year I am taking it nice and slow. I want to rep 315 for sets of 10 reps, and maintain no more than 10% bodyfat. I'm guessin' that'll put me at about 195 to 200lbs of body weight, but I don't have a specific target weight.
