how soon can you actually see results?

a friend and i started working out everyday except sunday
MWF= weights
T TR= calesthinics
and saturday play bbal, bike, and raquet ball a few hours
i am 6'2 at 165 pounds
trying to build muscle and bulk up not like huge but just look real tone where i am not as transparent!
we have been doing our schedule for a week and a half...seems to be doing ok, also started dieting and eating right..snacking on fruits, protein shakes..just eating HEALTHY not really a diet..but how long till noticeable differance will occur i was wondering?

and also when lifting weights...how should we do the reps?
the trainer said do like 2 or 3 sets of 10 per day per excercise and thats it....is this a good way to do weights? or what methods do yall use?

SEE results? FEEL results? or MEASURE results?

Usually you can start to see small results within a couple of weeks. If you are constantly looking in the mirror it will probably take longer before you notice them. You should be feeling the results fairly quickly. The measurements will begin to change in a couple of weeks too. But don't rely on weight. You may gain weight even though you are losing fat because you are also gaining muscle.

3 sets of 10 on each exercise is good. I like to do at LEAST 3 different exercises on the muscle group im working out on, usually 4.
Sometimes i do reps of 12, 10, 8, 6 increasing the weight each set. And then sometimes i do sets of 20-25 on each exercise with lighter weight of course. You have to change it up every now and then...

You'll probably see results after the first week if your working out hard.

everyones body is different.. i think if u try hard to lose weight, u can see results in a week.. but for building muscle and seeing size, i think about 3 weeks to "see" results.. but like i said earlier, everyones body is different.. kick your ass and u will see results..soon

It takes approx. 2 wks for your body to adjust to your excersize, and pending what ever suppliment your taking, can vastly improve your results. I just started to take NO2 Explode, and ill tell you what, after a week of use, i feel more pumps and stamina.

Explode is similar to V-12 Turbo that i like taking. Its a combo of a few different things that give you faster recoveries, stamina, and pump in the gym.

here some info i have on V-12.....

What's In It?

Directions: Take one level scoop twice daily, preferably 8 hours apart. V-12 can be combined with Infusion, BCAA-Pro, Methoxybol-7 and/or T-100 for increased athletic performance.

It started with a mental concept of the unobtainable. Visions of being able to go to the gym and surpass any feat possible in strength, endurance and performance. Realities in creating muscles that are bigger, fuller and more muscular than ever. The Vision of being unbreakable... Pure Twisted Steel has led to the birth of our NEW V-12 Turbo. What was once believed to be unobtainable can now be yours!

The birth of V-12 Turbo represents what is the most versatile ergogenic and physique-altering product ever formulated. V-12 Turbo is not an evolution or revolution, but more accurately described as a whole new way to enhance performance and to positively affect body composition. Gone are the old school days of flooding your system with tons of sugars in hopes of creating a decent pump. Now there is no need to worry about excess sugars and carbohydrates storing in adipose tissue. V-12 Turbo is light years ahead of its time and the end result is astounding increases in muscle fullness, athletic performance and lean body mass accrual. The current cell volumizers are similar to a calculator, while V-12 Turbo is a new G-5 super computer.

Of all the Cell Volumizers ever created, only a handful has earned the title of Icon. Even fewer have maintained their status over time. It's in this rarified air that the one and only V-12 Turbo lives - a remarkable fusion of technology and innovation, of performance and sophistication. You'll feel it in the thrilling rush of your first dose by electrifying irrefutable strength and outrageous skin-bursting-pumps. See and feel the huge difference a superior scientifically designed formulation can make in your physique.

6'1" 255lbs with 36% bodyfat

to

6'1" 240lbs with 20% bodyfat

I also went from a size 40 waist to a size 36

I did this in roughly 8 weeks. My next goal is to go to 300lbs at 12% BF.

So far, so good.I started to see gains within 2 weeks.

I am very pleased.

It can be done, but plan to take a few years to do it. The math works out to losing 12lbs of bodyfat and adding 72lbs of lean mass. Even on the good stuff it would take you a good while to put on that much lean mass, not to mention losing the fat that comes along with it.

I think you should try the NO2 Explode for a month, its a mixture of creating and NO2, there are no side effects, in fact, youll notice more pumps and longer lasting feeling in your muscles like you just finished a workout. Its about $40-50. and you take it twice daily, 1st 30-45 min. b4 your workout, then 1-2 hrs b4 a big meal.
