I would bet that if just 3 months ago you were benching 280 then you could do a little more than Erkle. Get back in there and hit it hard. Concentrate on the reps and go heavy. Cut back on the carbs some but not all the way. You will still need those to grow new muscle and have energy during your workouts.
I assume you mean you are going to perform squats and deadlifts once a week right? If so you are on track. Sounds good to me. Good luck
