New Best! hahaha

I had a spotter today and deceided to go all out on chest day. I wanted to max the fuck out and see if i could really hurt myself. I bought me some rist raps and got after it!

I weighed in at 176lbs.
I broke all my best in everything i did.

Bench press: 335lbs
Decline: 375lbs
Decline smith: 405lbs
Flat bench dumbels: 120's 8 times.
Incline: Didnt max out on that one.

I felt like an animal in there and couldnt stop. It feals good to do twice your body weight!

Congrats on the lifts Greg, keep on keepin' on. Twice your bodyweight is gettin up there on the strength scale. My 210 lb fat-ass can't quite do that on flat bench yet, but I might be able to under the decline. I'll get there a few months after this diet is through. Too bad all of the "good stuff" will be off the shelf long before then, so it's gonna take some work.


Just an FYI, 4 plates on the Smith machine isn't quite 405 because it's counter-weighted by about 30lbs. That's still a good lift though, considering that you did the bar first.

It's been a long time since i maxed out. I've been on a good stack of sup's and have been feeling good this last week so i went all out. Yeah, i know the smith is cheating however it was nice to get 4 up.

oh wow, good #'s to throw down man, a friend and i just started going everyday to the gym, im at 165 now at 6'2 trying to build some muscle, shit i only WISH i could do my own body weight! damn lankyness

i got a new member ship to the gym in my town. duncanville athletic club, fucking dumbells only go to 100. Dont worry, Ive been off so much Im barely using 90s for like 6 LOL
