1500 calories a day.

What are you guys putting together to get to 1500?

I haven't had a soda since April of '04 and have started to incorporate ~2-3hrs of cardio in per week, just looking to get the "good" foods in so I can start to really see some weight loss gains.

TIA,
Shawn

keep in mind.. if you take in to Few calories you body wont lose weight as efficiently because it will store more of the energy expecting to be starved..

I know, you told me before. I am just looking for suggestions on what folks are eating. I can always eat a little more if I have a benchmark in place.

There are three days worth.

I don't do 1500 cals a day (around 3000 cals a day), but I do like both the recipes they have on there, except I substitute ground sirloin for the Boca crap in the stuffed peppers.

So for basic weight loss, should I take in more than 1500 to speed up my metabolism?
