I am in the process of getting my house ready to sell since I got laid off in the middle of trying to finance the house after the divorce earlier in the year. Anyway, I have moved into my mom's house and I had to get everything set back up and I have missed close to 3 weeks of my workouts due to packing, moving, and cleaning up the house in all my spare time and not having the weights setup any where usable.
Monday I did chest/tris workout and today I'm hitting back/bis. I'm pumped (and sore!).
I lost like 7 lbs in that time from not eating right (not enough) and not having a good daily routine and sleep routine I guess. I think it was more fat than anything judging from the way my jeans fit, but arm measurements show a 1/8" loss there.
So, I'm pumped up for a good comeback now!
BTW, I am down 20 lbs on my workout weight on bench
Hope that comes back fast!
