Flat lined...

Its that time again. I've reached a few plateaus again. What's everybody's tips for getting past them?

I usually get 4 sets of 8 - 10. I usually can't complete my last set.

Change up your routine. If you are lifting sets of 8-10 then up the weight and do sets of 6. Changing your routine is a good way to keep the progress consistant.

That's exactly what I was going to suggest. Throw in a heavy week (4-6 reps)and then a light week (12-15 reps) and alternate between the three, making sure that you always go to failure.
