I put on 30lbs in less than 6 months...

...no juice was involved. Maybe White lightning really does know how to pack on the mass.

That's actually how I gained so much so quickly. I had been dieting all summer and when November hit I figured that I'd use the two holiday months as a reason to splurge a little bit and gain some mass. I had been dieting for so long that my body soaked up the extra calories like a sponge, and actually catapulted me to being bigger and stronger than when I started the diet. Most of that 30lbs was gained in the last two months. My abs are fading, but I also haven't done a crunch or cardio in two months. I was working out with 235 at the peak of my diet, man did I feel WEAK.

I also put on some weight. Since August 1st till now I have packed on 33lbs. I am going to keep bulking until March.

I haven't maxed out in a couple years now, so I really don't have a good base point. At the peak of my diet this summer I was failing after 12 reps of 185lbs (315 for maybe 1), and now I can hit 315 for sets of 7.

Damn! That is impressive. I can only hit 315x10 for 1 set, or 3 sets of 6 (unassisted). I'm heavier than you too!

Congrats! You should max one day and see what you get. 350+

I'm also only 5'10" so it's "aight". Working out with Dave makes it seem like not quite enough though. My guess is that I'm maxing about 370 right now. I'd like to hit 400 someday, but my focus will soon switch to fat-buning so that may have to wait another year or two.

Yeah, I'm 6'3 and down to about 245lbs. My goal is to do 405, but I have been working on losing fat more than gaining strength and muscle. I just hit 375 a month or so ago.

How much do you weigh now?

Good question, I was about 215 last weekend, but I haven't hit the gym since last Saturday, so I'm curious to see what the rest did (or didn't do) for me.

Well, in the week off I gained a couple reps and at least 5 lbs per lift (shoulders and tris), but I lost two lbs.

SWEET! man that is some good gaining. All about eating more of the good stuff I guess.

I am about 10 LBS heavier than I was in August, but I am lifting with 45 lbs more on bench! I've gained abotu 1/2" in my arms. yay!

fuck you guys, i have been tring to work out and bulk up for the past 12 yrs and i only gianed bout 100lbs on the bench dam i need to start working out.. aay, fuck it. wheres the remote...... so how did you gain 30lbs, when i finshed school i work out more and did some creatin drink and gain 30 lbs in bout 2-3 months but i really dont wont to be taking drink any more too much drinking water and shitting too much (of course i always took more then recommed)

test/dbol/winny will do that in 12wks and with proper PCT you will keep it all! but nice gains on your part. looks like the Got Boost ego meter is going to peg.
