Thanks. Doesn't look like there is much in my price range. Might have to wait for that tax refund. Until then, on with the oreos.

Go to Academy and buy the 300#'s of weight with bar for $100. With that setup and some determination you can get alot done. You can build alot of stuff on the cheap if you're serious about it.

I am limited on space which is why I am looking at the compact setup. I have an old set that I've had forever, but they sit outside and I never get a chance to workout.

I worked out outside for almost a year, then when I built a barn it got moved in there. If you want to work out it will happen.

I'm just messing around, but I have every intention to start getting in shape, but I don't think I'm dedicated enough to work out in 30 degree weather. The only time that I have to work out is late. That's the reason I want a home gym so I can workout inside. It is hard to get motivated again, especially when you have so little time.

Guys, if you can spend a bit more I have a great home gym. It was $399 at Play It Again Sports. It is called the S2000 made by Keys. I love it because you can simply and easily do dozens of exercises for legs, back, shoulders, arms, etc. It also has a lifetime warranty.
