Go get a container of epsom salt (sp?). People will generally use this on sore feet. Make yourself a bath with as hot of water as you can stand. Put the epsom salt in the water and mix it up. Stay in there for about 20-30 minutes, and as soon as you get out wrap yourself in towels or a bath robe plus towels. Keep them on for 30 minutes. When you take them off, you will be considerably leaner. You will feel like shit from dehydration, but you will win your bet. Oh ya, same thing holds true, as soon as you drink some water, the weight will obviously come back. Do this the night before weigh in.
