Supplement ?s

im taking

EAS Whey Protein
Prolab Creatin
Twinlab Ripped Fuel Extreme
Prolab Multi Vitamin

just because this new switch over from muscletech...

would this be a safe combo or would some of it contraindicate each other?

I would get rid of the ripped fuel. No need for that garbage if you have a good diet.

LMAO, all I said is that there is no need. Also, it could have some harmful affects.

Ripped fuel will cancel out alot of the benefits of creatine, take one or the other. You also need to stay away from other sources of caffiene while on creatine such as coffee, tea, and sodas. A coke here and there is fine, but try to stay away from it as much as possible.

The ONLY way ripped fuel will work is in conjunction with a good diet and cardio. Otherwise as soon as you quit taking it, the fat will come right back.

Creatine, Protien, and Glutamine. the glutamine enhances the effects the creatine has+helps it absorb into your muscles... Also find a good whey protien, Ionic exchange is supposed to be the easiest for your body to breakdown and handle....

But nothing can substitute for good diet and workout routine.

But shouldnt take advice from me cause as of right now im not working out, not eating right and not taking any supplements But when I WAS working out that worked the best for me..

Hope that helps.
