Holiday Weight loss

My company does a weight loss challenge every yr, you pay $40 and have to lose 10 lbs in a month. Every one that loses 10 lbs or more gets at least there money back. The money from all the people that dont lose it goes into a pot and is split up between the people who lost 10.

Im heavier then I have ever been 204 lbs. I havent done shit since my knee surgery in Jan, so Ive been packing the lbs on. What are the best fat burning excercises? I plan to ride the bike, play bball, and do a little lifting. Also eating a low carb diet. My goal is to drop at least 15 lbs.

Carbs are not your enemy. At least not all carbs. I've known a few people on the Atkins and haven't lost crap for weight. Maybe a pound or two and that could've been water weight. Excercise and avoid fatty food and sugar. Eat healthy. Hell, eating healthIER, not necessarily healthy would be a big improvement.
