What's up with this?

I'm taken a GNC Mega-man vitamin, and it makes me tired once it kicks in.

Isn't a multi-vitamin supposed to energize you, if anything?

I take them right after lunch.

I usually don't eat much for breakfast, maybe a banana and a glass of milk.

Either way, they shouldn't make me tired, right?

And I know that GNC sucks...but I bought them before I figured this out.

Any ideas why?

Thanks
Shawn

Gnc

Are you getting enough sleep?? Also if that was all I ate for breakfast I would be tired as hell by lunch too. I doubt it has anything to do with the Mega- Men.

Sleep is probably part of the issue...

But it seems that the more sleep I get, the more worn out I am. Kind of weird, but also seems common.

I think I'm going to start eating a little more for breakfast.

Good idea. My breakfast consists of eggs, oats, and whey protein. Also try to eat more, smaller meals throughout the day. This will keep your metabolism at a good level all day long and help you feel more awake.
