I hit a new personal best on bench this Saturday. I finally got up 375 and it went up much easier than I had expected. I was really surprised that I got it because I have been cutting and lifting high-rep now for about 2 months. I felt like I was actually losing strength, not gaining. My previous best was in Feb at 350. My next goal is 405 for sometime next spring/summer.

Now if I could just get into White Lightning's league I would really be happy
i am 6'2..242 lbs and 15% body fat, i dont know what my max is but i can hit 305 for 8 reps with out a spot....so far i am happy with that but i want to be 250 with 13% body fat..and the only thing i use is good old fashion all you can eat buffets and hitting the weights....
