hey greg...

Got boost is catching you.. he hoisted up the 115lbs dumbells today with fair ease...

oh yeah..
that was on incline... after 5 sets of heavy flat bench

I know. I am however at a point where i'm lifting more than ever in my life and i've decided to put on 10lbs by the end of next month.

31lbs in 3 1/2 months was a little extreme too.
I've hit a dead spot the last couple months when i stopped taking sups. I just started back up on some V-12 & muscle milk so the weight and strength should increase.
The good thing is that i didnt lose anything when i stopped taking the sups.
