31lbs in 3 1/2 months was a little extreme too.
I've hit a dead spot the last couple months when i stopped taking sups. I just started back up on some V-12 & muscle milk so the weight and strength should increase.
The good thing is that i didnt lose anything when i stopped taking the sups.
