Not real impressed with the forums.. IMO Musclemayhem is alot more supperior.. but.. its catered alot more to the hard core people.

Its pretty good. ive never heard of it before. There are a lot of the same things on both websites. I dont know what you mean about the hardcore part. You should read some of the moderators workout journals.

considering how many Pro body builders frequent Musclemayhem, and how much weight they push.. i would consider it " more hardcore"

Even Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman had to start somewhere. What difference does weight make? If someone's 1RM was only 135lbs. but they went in the gym and busted their ass every day they would still be hardcore. I know a guy that can bench 405lbs 3+ times but he never works out. He is a lazy ass. All his gains came from steroids. He is far from hardcore. Im not trying to pick a fight here I guess we just have a different opinion of what hardcore means. To me, the intensity of your routine and diet, your focus, and determination make you hardcore.

o.k.. let me rephrase it.. 10 shmucks who post up their diet.. ot 40 pros who have proven plethora of knowledge.. to each his own.. but i have read about 20 different online weight training boards and after discovering muscle mayhem, have no desire to go elswhere..

you cant just juice and get super strong.. obviously you dont know how anabolics work.. if you ARENT lifting the weight, you arent getting the advantage of them. it like having nitrous in a parked car.. if you dont drive it and spray it.. your car really wont be any faster.. but i guess you know best...and we all here know nothing.
you know a guy who benchs 405 3 times? yay.. i know a guy who benches 405 8+ times.

All I was saying is that my freind who is not hard core can push alot of weight. He did lift for a very long time and used steroids the entire time, about 2 and a half years. He never ate right and never worked out hard.

I am happy that you have found a board that you like. My intention for this whole thing was to give people that dont know shit about lifting or eating right a place they could go to get some questions answered. If they want to go to muscle mayhem that is fine as long as they can gain some knowledge and better themselves.

I do know how anabolic steroids work, I never said my freind just took them and the next day he was superstrong.

I also am not trying to put down anybody here. I was just trying to help.

Feldman can dive deeper and come up drier than anyone on this site. No sense in even trying to argue with him.
