WOOT! new personal best!

was doing back tonight and was doing One arm hammer strength isolateral rows.
hit 3x12( warm up ) 4x10 ( warm up) grabbed my straps and hit 5x10 , 6x8 , 6+10lbs for 5 and 6+25lbs for 5.. i was REAL REAL happy.. the most i ever did before was 6 for 6 so i was glad to hit the stra 25#.. the machine will only hold 7plates.. so im hoping to max it out in a few months!

Thumbs up Word...nice job!

I was at the gym the other day and saw the two powerhouses benching (while screaming) 425#. The freakin bar was bending for cryin' outloud....Jeez!

yeah i seen some guys pushing 405 for 8+ reps the other day. as loud as they were screaming/moaning i knew if they farted the entire gym would be in trouble.. and the poor people across from them on incline

they had to screem to rep 405? sorry. but imo 405 isnt tnough weight to be going all gorrila on it unless you are 160lbs benching 405....

160 lbs.? 400? That would be a USPF record I'm sure. That's like you saying you shouldn't get loud unless you bench 800 lbs. Feldman!!

Al I was making a point.. if they are decent size ppl i dont see why they go gorilla with 4 plates.. and if i was pushing 800lbs.. i would be yelling like a gorilla but 405.. i try to keep my mouth shut and not yell..

no idea on a single rep max.. at 245 i pushed up 485.. but at that stage i could only push up 405 2-3 times.. right now i can hit 405 8-10 times.. so im guestimating low 500s raw.. maybe mid 500s.. i have no intersted in doing it though.. to much stress on the shoulders.. i will stick to shootin for sets of 8-10
