WOOT! new personal best!
was doing back tonight and was doing One arm hammer strength isolateral rows.
hit 3x12( warm up ) 4x10 ( warm up) grabbed my straps and hit 5x10 , 6x8 , 6+10lbs for 5 and 6+25lbs for 5.. i was REAL REAL happy.. the most i ever did before was 6 for 6 so i was glad to hit the stra 25#.. the machine will only hold 7plates.. so im hoping to max it out in a few months!
