What is your body fat%?

Last week I took a skinfold test and averaged 10.1% body fat. I was wanting to know what some of the other guys are at on here, if they know.

I'm shooting for 8-9% and am hoping that by the holidays, I will be there.

Thats crazy i just got tagged with the calipers the other day too.... Im a tad over 15% though..... I could only HOPE for 8-9% someday because Im too lazy.... Im 6-3" 224 as of Monday with said percentage.....

Do you work out a lot? That's pretty damn good.

At one time i had it tested in Japan and i was at 5.2% I ran a lot at the time while working out daily.
Now i dont run as much and i guess to be around 8.5%

I was 11% when I got tested a few months ago. All in my lower abs, lol. But I haven't worked out in 2 years, so I can't complain.

Yeah, and I got the full blown calipers test too, lol. I do play Hockey once a week and sometimes squeeze in a little tennis 1 day a week. Bu ti have not lifted weights in 2 years due to a heart condition. I was alot better in high school. Then came beer, food, and no working out, lol. I am doing well for what I do though. Need to start working out again though. No 6 pack is killing me.

Well, I guess that I am the only fatass around here.

<--30% based on the electrical impedence scale every morning at 4:30am.

I run and lift 5-6 times a week. The way they did mine was they tested my left boobie, my abs, and my thigh. It's very awkward having a 55 year old woman pinch your skin on your boob and say "Wow, not much fat there."

I've seen boney ppl have 20% body fat. If you dont work out, i have a hard time seeing you at 5.2%

I'm 6'1 @ 184 lbs. I'm in my cuttin phase. I was up to 197 a couple of months ago....But right now I sit at 7.6%

I just did that and it said I have 21.11% which is under the average for women. I'd like to believe them, but I don't think I do lol. Although it said about 34 lbs of my weight is fat, which I want to lose about 30 so that sounds right.

Mine says 11.44% on that site. From the times i've had it done before i'd like to think i'm around 9%.
Many things can throw the formula on that site off...

I take mine every morning on an electrical impedence scale after waking up and taking a piss. It consistently shows me at 30% (+/- less than 1%). mybodycomp.com showed me at 15.67% There is no way that I am at 15.67%. Granted, I measured myself, which is a bit difficult. I'll try and get my wife to measure me at home.

I remeasured the other day and the site said that I was 17%. It is total BS. There is no way in hell that someone that can easily grab 2 handfulls of fat on their 45" gut is only 17%. It may be accurate for some people, but not for me. I think that what it does is take shoulder, waist, and hip ratios mainly to figure it. I have always had very broad shoulders which helps to compensate for my thick waistline. I think that is what threw my readings off.
