wahoo, workin that chest!

I hit the 110's on the bench today.
Only got them up 3 times but im happy with the new best. Im still stuck at 315 on the bench press.

I've taken nothing the last 2 months. I just bought some V-12 and some Muscle Milk so I hope to gain 5lbs and hit the 120's in a couple weeks.

How good is that V12 stuff Greyhorse? Do you take it 2 times a day when you work out and 1 every other day you don't or what? I've got some I'm about to start using.

I love it. I took a tub of it a few months ago and it gives me a lot of energy. It also makes your muscles rock hard.

I mix the 2 times a day serving size in a 2 liter bottle and drink it all day at school.

give me the rundown on that v12 stuff.. ive heard lots of people taking it and getting a lot outa it but i just havent gone and got some yet.. wheres the cheapest place to get it? whats the best flavor? how much is it gunna set me back?( a as well as my wallet are a tad bit light at the moment) thanks guys..

damn wish I had a work out partner, it sure would be easier to get stronger. I am repin 10-12 with the 90's but I would love to go up, but I have no one to spot me.

Spots with dumbells aren't as necessary as with a bar, but if you feel that you need one then just ask someone at the gym before each set. That is what I do if I am alone. It gets old after a while, but occasionally somebody will just start working in instead.

On the V-12....

Make sure you get the V-12 TURBO. Its a little stronger than the V-12.
It cost from $40-50 for 50 servings. Orange is good and i have Lime right now. Both are very drinkable. I think the orange is a little better. I add more water than it says to make it taste better.
I just started drinking the Muscle Milk protien shake also. This shit taste GOOD!! Its like dessert. I have the Banana Cream flavior in that.

thanks for reply, now how bout chests

thanks for the replys ill be checkin into it and gettin some of that stuff.. ive heard it works so why not eh? i got protein right now, but my next batch of that will def be banana or something like that ive heard lots of good things.. as soon as i get a chance.. prolly next week.. ill be ordering myne and starting it regularly, hopefully with the right mixture i can gain some weight finally and get stronger too! im at 145 right now with a 235 bench. id like to be 175lb and closer to a 285.. any chest excersize tips would be great.. i want em to explode! let me know what yall do for ur workouts

the turbo isnt "stronger" me and one of the local supplement store owners looked at the numbers.. all they did was make the serving size bigger, which appears to make it stronger because the customer sees higher numbers, and put more of it in the "can" it comes in so it would have the same amount of servings

What exactly does it do ?I guess im not a huge fan of wasting money on suppliments unless i have proven info on what they do

ya, ive done that, but I would rather just have a friend there.

Its nice to have someone there on each exercise, so you can push to the next level.

Yep, I agree there. My wife is my workout parner, and she can do just enough so that I can push it one extra time.

Damn dude, you are freaking huge! How tall are you, and how much do you weigh? Also, do you have a natural strong physique, or did you you just work your ass off to get that big? One last question. What is a safe way to gain some weight? I eat a lot, but I have a very fast metabolism. Thanks, Rob

when i started lifting in jan 96 i was 165lbs.. lifted for 2.5 years and got up to 250/260 and then took a few years off.. tried lifting off and on but time wasnt there.. started again this year. and im 295 now.

define safe way? some ppl will say juicing is safe.. i disagree. IMO i would never juice unless i was planning to turn pro. I would look at what you eat, and if you arent gaining fat, start taking in more protein and Non sat fat ( or omega fatty acids from say fish) and start working out. I basically busted my ass. I work my ass off in the gym.. and for that i see results.. IMO if i can do it.. anyone can.. good luck and PM me if you need any more info.
