Just a little vid

it is in 3gp format.. which means that Quick time 6.5.1 will play it..
sorry about the quality.. but it was taken on a camera phone..

right click and save as.

405lbs bench. 8 reps + 2 assisted.( only got the first 15 seconds of it)

150lbs incline dumbell press

When you're short and chubby you only have to push the bar up 6 inches.

it does look funny with such short arms. Course, i look funning doing anything like shoulder presses, bench etc.. cause i have such LONG arms!

If you don't think doing 405 for 8 reps is impressive after doing multiple other sets 225,305 & 365 I don't know what to say...and yes, he has had shoulder problems in the past. For the average person, that's impressive! But i'm sure you do that to right.

Except that to cut to 6% you will probably lose quite a bit of strength and muscle. Granted, in a perfect world with a perfect diet and perfect workout you could keep it all, but more likely than not you will lose some of that muscle too.

Yeah but holy shit, think about what WL would look like...thin IMO I would give up a little bit of strength, so I could cut down BF, but that's just me.

stretch.. grab the AVI's.. or if you used the 3gp, down load quick time 6.5.1.. 6.5 will not play them... oh.. and 98 DSM is the 6'8" dude spotting me in the red shirt
