Need some advice

I work the 3rd shift and normally I will go to the gym before work. Is it better to keep on working out before work, or after I get off at 9:30 am?

I seemed to have plateued *sp? and Im not seeing additional results in my workouts.

I dont take anything and sometimes I eat a protein bar after I work out.

Any advice would be great, thanks guys.

If you have stop seeing progress change up your workouts. If you have been lifting heavy, then go light and high rep (or vice versus). I would work out when it is most convenient to you.

Ditto on all the above. Best thing to do is change up your routine, incorporate some new exercises or whatever you work first switch it around and work it last and vice versa.

I've read research that said our natural testosterone production peaks around 1 p.m., but I've done the 8a.m. workout and currently hit it at 7p.m. and can't really tell the difference. Do what's convenient for you and when you have the most energy and likelyhood of getting into the gym. Working out at a "bad" time regularly is far better than going in at 1 twice a week.
