I've been working out off and on since I was about 16. Over the last 2 years I have stuck to it for the most part only really taking a break from it completely for maybe 2 weeks at most and sometimes only getting a couple workouts a week in. I've gone in good 6 month at a time sessions where I really didn't miss any at all. I have a problem gaining mass though. Always had a high metabolism. It is hard for me to eat more calories than I use in a day ( I do construction - electrician) unless I am eating bad stuff in which case I will see a gain in fat. But over the last 2 years I've gone from about 195 down to 170 when loosing the fat first. Then attempting to add mass I went up to 185 and now trimmed off some of the excess fat to 180 currently. Diet has not been perfect at all for me the entire time though, and since my divorce I have not gotten enough sleep at night at all. My gains definately show all the slacking! Not much gains for all the hard work I've done.
I started about 2 years ago, but didn't work out at all for 8 months and lost everything I gained. I've been committed (5 days a week), except for when I injured my elbow, for about 13 months and have gained 68lbs in that time. I keep a pretty good diet, lots of chicken, eggs, steak, rice, and veggies. I currently am at 203lbs @ ~10% BF.
off and on since 17. I lost everything tell i started working out again about 5-6 months ago.
Within 4 months i gained 29lbs back somehow. I'm running a lot now so i havent gained anymore in last month, i havent lost any either.

I've been working outoff and on i guess since i started playing HS baseball... so since i was like 15. I quit that though, and quit working out for the most part til I got to college.
I've been at it seriously since the summer after my freshman year at college, and I'm in my junior year now.
So I kinda fucked around in the gym off and on for a few years, and I've been at it seriously for about 1.5 yrs. I'm making progress. I keep setting short term goals, and pushing myself harder and harder... and I love it. This school year is going to be good for me. I should get some mearsurements now so I have something to compare to at the end of this semester and next.
I started almost 2 years ago and have not really gained wieght (and am now losing). But I have gotten MUCH stronger. Before I was benching with 135 doing sets of 8 and struggling. Now my max is 350+. My biggest problem has been injuries. I injured my rotator cuff and then my back and now my neck.
i guess i got everyone bet ive been working out for 13 yrs, the most ive work work is 1 month and stop for bout 5 months never can stay on it. but since im going to be a best man in a weeding in march of 05 i need to work out now and + all this beer drinking is getting me fat in the wrong spots. i did once start doing heavy work out for a month and i gained 20 or 30lbs of weights. dam all this typing i need another beer..........
ive been working out since i started playing football in 7th grade so 13. (im only 17 now) i cant really give u a good growth rate cuz i was still growing when i started. last year when i started on only protein and a hard 2hr a day 6 days a week for 5mts i gained 17lbs. from 135 to 152. now im sitting at 145 and im working on another mixture of protein & v12 along with a seprate creatine supp just to up that level a bit.. we'll see how it works out.. any recommendations of supp combos would be great too! also some good tasting protient recomendations would help me out a lot i hate the stuff i got now but whatever..
